School Uniform
Dress Code
In line with our process of rebranding we have recently introduced a new school uniform on which parents, students, staff and Governors were consulted. This is as follows:
- Plain black knee-length skirt or full-length black school trousers — not fashion items.
- Plain white collared shirt.
- Crawshaw school V neck jumper with crest and green banded neckline. No other sweatshirt, jumper or cardigan is acceptable. Jumpers must be worn unless it is too hot.
- Plain black shoes with a low, flat heel.
- Outdoor coats—any sensible outdoor coat (NOT another non-Crawshaw sweatshirt or hooded top)
- Make-up should be minimal and discreet. Natural make-up is allowed.
- Hair—natural colours only.
- Jewellery must not be worn with the exception of one small plain stud in each ear and a wristwatch—no other jewellery, including that which may be worn in other piercings, is permitted.(Students who wish to have additional piercings should have these done at the start of a long holiday so that the piercing has healed sufficiently for jewellery to be removed.)
