Pastoral Care

We believe that students need to feel safe, happy and supported in order to develop and achieve.  We therefore place a strong emphasis on the pastoral needs of our students and have a team of dedicated staff who support them according to their individual needs.  Each year group has a team of Form Tutors.  The Form Tutor has daily contact with the group and wherever practical will remain with their form throughout their time at Crawshaw.  The team of Form Tutors work closely with an Achievement Coordinator / Director of Learning at KS4 and are supported by a range of other staff including an Intervention Manager, Learning & Academic Mentors, SENCO, Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Support Staff, Attendance Improvement Officer, Administration Team and Senior  Leadership Team.
